10 Minutes of Single Leg Kettlebell Deadlift Strength and Skill Work
Then...


10 Minutes to Find Your 20 Rep Push Press Benchmark
*This should be done with a partner making sure you are meeting movement
standards (NO Jerk, lock out, show ears) and counting reps
Rest 2-3 Minutes, Then...

4 Minute AMRAP: 
2 Down & Back Farmer Carries (KB/DB)
5 Burpees
8 Kettlebell/Dumbbell Snatches (alternate with db, not with kb)
Rest 4 Minutes, Then...

4 Minute AMRAP: 
10 Deadlifts
10 Hang Power Cleans
*Use the same weight for each movement

Intent: Both of these 4 minute "burners" should be just that... go hard
while managing solid movement and not compromising form. There should be
no rest during these two, other than the occasional shaking of the wrist
because of grip.
