Front Squat
Hang Squat Clean
Split Jerk
Partner WOD: 
6 Rounds For Time: 
30 Calorie Airdyne
20 Toes to Bar -OR- 30 V-ups
*Alternate each round
Immediately Following Each Roud, The Partner Will Complete: 
15 Deadlifts 185/125
15 Kipping Handstand Push-ups -OR- 20 Push-ups
Partner A does 30 cal AD into 20 TTB while Partner B rests. Then immediately does 15 DL and 15 KHSPU. Will get rest if Partner B isnt done with their 30 cal AD and 20 TTB. Workout is done when Partner B finishes their last KHSPU.
