5x3 Segmented Clean Pulls
*1 Second at Shin, 1 Second at Knee, 1 Second at Mid Thigh; Finish the lift with triple extension, focusing on keeping the chest up through the pulls

20 Minute Partner WOD: 
1200M Relay (Each Partner Runs 200Mx3, alternating)
With the Remaining Time, Accumulate as Many Reps as Possible of the Following: 
25 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
75 Box Overs
100 Squats -OR- Jumping Lunges
