1 Double Kettlebell Long Cycle 53/35
2 Handstand Push-ups
3 Box Jumps 24/20
4 Alternating Kettlebell Snatches
5 Burpees
6 Double Kettlebell Thrusters
7 Pull-ups
8 Wall Balls 20/14
9 Toes to Bar
10 Double Kettlebell Swings
11 Push-ups
12 Double Kettlebell Front Squats

This WOD is done in the style of the 12 Days of Christmas Song - Each time you move to the next movement, you do that movement IN ADDITION to all of the movements before: For example, if you are on 5 Burpees, you do 5 Burpees + 4 Snatches + 3 Box jumps + 2 HSPU + 1 KB Long Cycle. Continue this way until the WOD is completed.
