*Light Weight; Focus should be on speed

AMRAP 15 Minutes: 
4 Ground to Overhead with 1/3 Bodyweight (KB, DB or Barbell)
8 Squats (Same weight as above; Back Squat, OHS or Front Squat depending on equipment chosen)
16 Pull-ups
