Recipe: Spinach Smoothie and Kelsey Dinner

We have been talking a lot about nutrition, so we thought we would start sharing a few recipes a week to help out when you are out of ideas! Here are two favorites in our house: 

Spinach Smoothie (obviously this is Ben's favorite.... )

  • 2 Cups Spinach

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Cup Bluberries

  • 1 TBS Coconut Oil

  • 1 Cup Water
    Blend until smooth.... dranks...

Kelsey Dinner (so... um... maybe Kelsey's favorite?)

  • 2 Cups Broccoli, chopped
  • 2 Cups Sweet Potato, chopped
  • 2 Chicken Apple Sausages
  • 1 TBS Coconut Oil
  • Optional: Over Easy Egg on top

Sautee sweet potatoes and broccoli until tender in coconut oil, add in sliced sausage until warm. Makes two servings.
