Don't Skip the Cool Down

I get it... you have things to do. Run the kids to sports, go to the grocery store, get home to make dinner or pack lunches for tomorrow...

We are all pretty terrible about taking time at the end of class to cool down and start the recovery process, even though we schedule it in to the wod each day. People plan to cut that part of the hour out so they can leave a bit early and jet off to the next place or activity.
