Conditioning

15 Air Squats
10 Push-ups
5 Strict Pull-ups
Rest 3 Minutes, Then...

AMRAP 15 Minutes (3 Minute AMRAP x5):
15 Calorie Airdyne
5 Strict Handstand Push-ups (deficit)
5 Burpee Pull-ups -OR- Bar Muscle-ups
5 Kipping Handstand Push-ups @40x0 Tempo

The goal for this workout is repeatability. Athletes should be working at a 3 Minute pace that they can sustain and allows them to repeat a similar amount of work during each mini AMRAP.
